The missing link has always been a simplified way to integrate a contact center solution with the business systems that companies use to handle their customer’s transactions.

The parent company of Webtecs is Workflow Concepts, a team of contact center specialists and developers that have been integrating Cisco Contact Center technologies to third party systems for over 20 years.

The management team at Workflow Concepts made the decision to create a software development organization to write the necessary code that provides the interoperability between Webex Contact Center solutions and third party applications that will provide virtual agent solutions and increase agent efficiencies.

Webtecs started in 2020 with it’s headquarters in Tampa Florida and has been providing advanced integration solutions since.

It starts with an initial meeting where we will review your objectives.  The initial meeting will take roughly 30 minutes to review your goals and we will then invest the necessary amount of time to research your core application integration potential.

We start with a pricing discovery to determine your goals and objectives.  That will result in the scoping of two components-

  1. First, a fixed price statement of work that will allow us to build the integration.
  2. Second, the monthly subscription and maintenance of our middleware solution

Yes, if you are in the need for additional support or design, this can be provided either from Webtecs or our parent company Workflow Concepts.

No, Webtecs pricing allows you to pay in twelve month increments. 

The interoperability integrations can be time consuming to design and implement.  This effort will be provided through the statement of work.  In some cases we may require longer terms on the middleware access if the integration and tuning is a longer term engagement.

Our technical support resources are fully-equipped and work remotely and are US and nearshore based. Our office is located in Tampa, FL.
