We can be a back up to your IT team for vacation times, holidays, maternity/paternity leave etc. Unlimited users as any work over four hours used per month will be billable at $195/hr.

  • Up to 100 Calling users and 10 basic Contact Center users & 2 locations
  • Over 100 Calling users, $5 per user per month
  • Over 10 WxCC users, $20 per user per month

  • Any customized support must be quoted

Enterprise

Similar to the Commercial Support Program, a backup to your IT staff or a primary support model, Webtecs will be your one-stop for all your Webex Calling and basic Contact Center needs.

  • Minimum 12-month agreement
  • Up to 500 calling users, 20 CX Essentials Agents, up to 4 locations
  • Over 500 Calling users, $5 per user per month
  • Over 10 WxCC users, $20/user per month
  • Over 4 locations, $100/location/month
  • 4-hour service level
  • WxCC support must be quoted separately

Advanced

For customers that have a larger Webex Contact Center configuration with multiple locations, we will provide a quote based on your exact needs. This will require a pricing discovery and audit of your existing configuration.
